Project value 14,5 mio € includes complete design work, construction works and handing over facilities to its purpose.

After design phase for building permit, obtained building permit, final authorization of it and obtained permit for commencement of works, everything was ready for commencements of works on site.

Construction works began in March 2018 with earth works and foundations. The building is constructed as a prefabricated reinforced concrete object with steel primary and wooden secondary roof construction. The total gross surface of the building is 8,000m2 in 5 in between connected apartment buildings.

Before actual start of works land needed to be remediated due to contaminated ground, which were excavated, contaminated material was appropriately stored at authorized consignee, land was refilled with clean new material.

Shallow strip foundations are executed on different depths, depending on the course of terrain and different depths of individual buildings. Foundation works were followed by ground drainage, sewage, ground electricity and radon protection. Monolithic base slab is made on site, all other structure is made as prefabricated.

Prefabricated structure of reinforced concrete consists of hollow walls with built-in thermal insulation (outer walls) of total thickness of 35 or 40cm, and hollow inner walls without insulation thickness of 20 or. 25cm. The intermediate hollow space is filled with concrete on-site, as well as contacts of pre-stressed hollow core slabs with walls, or omnia slabs. In total, 7.500 m2 of wall elements and 6.500 m2 of slabs are installed on the building.

210 transports with lorries were carried out for transportation of prefabricated elements from production in Austria.

After completion of the roof and installed windows, in year 2019 final inner works and landscaping are in process, the expected completion date is May 2019.
