Project relates to the tower that is 53.50 meters high and has 240 mounted steps to the top.
It is built with consideration to minimal impact to the environment. The sightseeing tower is built of multiple parts: circumferential metal structure, circular-designed ground floor of the object and level roof. On top of the tower, there is a sightseeing section with sightseeing platform, 42 m high. The top section is connected to the ground floor with a hexagonal steel shaft for elevator; it has glass walls around which there ascend an open metal staircase.
