Project relates to the construction of a gas station together with landscape arrangement, connection to the existing regional road Murska Sobota–Lipovci and connection road to the new southern bypass road near Murska Sobota.
Object measures 145 m2. In the framework of the plot area, there is also a 25 m2 roofed warehouse. Two underground fuel tanks (2 x 50 m3) are located under the grass patch on the south-eastern side of the plot. On the southern part near the EKO PLIN object, there is an underground 13 m3 LNG tank. The surrounding tarmac is concrete (broom finish concrete) with a safety wall.
